PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE. THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Your purchase of a product or service from this website is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our terms for use of this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the site and do not proceed further with your order. this website reserve the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions of sale and our terms of use at any time, without notice.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or telephone within 24 hours.  We can not accept cancellations if the orders have been processed and cut and packed or made ready to pack for shipment. In this case, customers will be expected to pay in full for the goods ordered.

Delivery

Please notet that the shipments of fabric swatches is free of charge.

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days from the receipt date of the order. 

The delivery period would be extended to 14 days in further processing is involved prior to shipment. Examples are custom colours, special colours, and custom weaves. In cases where the delivery period is to be extended beyond 14 days,we will inform you.

Please be assured, you will be informed immediately if, due to unforseen circumstances, we cannot meet your order within our usual specified time scale, which is maximum 14 days from date of order.

 Whilst every effort has been made to describe the products on this site as accurately as possible, if you are not satisfied with your product(s) please e-mail us within 3 days or inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods so that we can offer you a solution.

The above does not apply in case of:

Fabrics which have been cut or processed in any way  what so ever after receipt  of goods by you, or in case of fabrics which we have supplied in short lengths to you having cut by us from larger roll/s.

Please note that we will also not  accept products returned which have been branded with a customers name/company logo (embroidered or printed)

The nature of the weaving process is such that there can be small faults present in a roll of fabric. In such cases, we will take all reasonable steps to minimise the number of faults present and will make appropriate allowances in accordance with industry guidelines. We can not accept returns for reasons relating to the presence of faults.

When you receive your order, should you find that it is incomplete or that the goods have been damaged in transit, then again, please let us know.

Once your return is received, we will assess the  reason of return i.e. faults/damages and replacements.

Your credit card will then be credited with the full purchased amount excluding P&P.

Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge.
